We have 3 warehouses in the US. We will choose the warehouse based on your location to ship near you.
For dolls products, we ship from the US warehouse.
For sex toys, since these products are stored in different warehouses, we will ship from US warehouse or China warehouse.

Check Your Packages
When the package arrives, you must check each item for any damage. If you see that the carton has been damaged, please take photos and video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each item for inspection, even if the carton looks fine from the outside. If you see any damage, take photos or video. Sometimes, we also need your help in claiming compensation from the shipping company if the product is damaged during shipping.
